Together with the practical shaker, preparation is incredibly easy and fast.
How to prepare the shake: Pour 250 - 300 ml of lukewarm water into a shaker or other suitable container, add 38 g of protein powder (one full ESSENS measuring cup), shake or stir thoroughly with a whisk and let stand for about 10 minutes. The drink prepared in this way is intended for immediate consumption. You can reduce the density of the drink by adding another approx. 50 ml of water.
