The Cashback value is visible above every product in the E-shop and is always paid to your e-wallet no later than the first working day of the following month. You will be entitled to the Cashback only if the cumulative value of your orders reach a minimum of 50 points in a given month. You can monitor your Cashback value and entitlement easily during the month.
It is a virtual wallet that every ESSENS member automatically has after registration. It is divided into two parts, Commission and Cashback, and it was designed to withdraw your commissions to your bank account (this is not possible in the Cashback section) or applying discounts when purchasing products. You can regularly check your E-wallets value in your “My Office” section.
The deadline for crediting Cashback to the E-wallet is always the first working day of the month, the deadline for crediting Commission is always the 10th day of the month or the following working day, if the 10th day falls on a weekend or holiday.
